Comfortable stay with great breakfast options

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Sendai Station and surrounded by convenient stores. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessities, though the pillows were a bit thin for my liking, as I had to request an extra one.

The helpful staff offered a vocal translator! Plus, the breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of tasty options, ensuring a fantastic start to each day.

The pillows were uncomfortable-typical in Japan-so prepare to ask for extras! The bathrooms had quirky layouts, leading to some awkward moments.

Great looking and luxury accommodation with unbeatable setting right by Sendai Station and shopping arcade. Extremely comfy bed in the twin room, plus an electric kettle, air conditioning, and an electronic key card...

it was just next door to convenience stores, train station and shopping and a shopping mall, particularly good and perfect location overall.

Upon arrival, I struggled to find staff to assist with luggage, forcing me to park underground. The air-conditioning in the room was uncomfortably warm. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, I detected a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the new room, which diminished my comfort .

Exceptional food, particularly good location near the main boulevard with interesting shops. Lovely breakfast, plenty of meals.

Reasonably spacious and fairly quiet room and large bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. Favourable location, close to Sendai Ginza Street. Easy to get around, close to a train station.

Room size feels cramped for more than one!!! The decor is tired and in dire need of updating!!! The restaurant costs more than it should for the quality offered!!!

Unboxing my experience

A good stay, where the friendly staff enhanced my experience. The room was clean and spacious, ideally located near Sendai station. Opening the windows for fresh air was a fantastic touch. With convenient stores and dining options nearby, this hotel has everything you need for a great visit.

The grand foyer had me feeling like royalty, but sadly, the room was small and basic. So much for first impressions. Bathroom cleanliness is clearly not their forte, and i expected a complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience but received nothing. Disappointed, i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. Shame on me for believing in potential.

great stay, but room could use a refresh

The staff were super friendly and were really good too help with delivery services. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the renovated double room. The city view from my window was a good bonus. I also found the nearby convenience stores very convenient for quick snacks.

This was a great fit for a short stint in Sendai with good value. The Wi-Fi was really good, a nice bonus for staying connected. Just keep in mind that pillows are quite thin, so you might want to ask for extra if you need them.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning, especially the fresh pastries. Having access to a relaxing spa. The only small downside was that the decor felt a bit dated, but it didn't really take away from my experience 😊
